IrieVybz AI ("we", "us", "our") is a platform operated by NexusHub International Inc. We operate the website irievybz.ai and provide AI-powered business automation services. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Data We Collect

Analytics data: Pages visited, referral source, device type, browser, approximate location (country/city level). Collected via our sovereign tracking pixel and, with your consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

Chat messages: When you interact with Karen AI via our website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, or voice call, we store conversation history to provide context-aware service.

Contact form data: Name, email address, phone number, and any message you submit through our contact forms or booking flows.

3. Cookies

Essential cookies: Required for basic functionality (session management, cookie consent preference). Always active.

Analytics cookies: Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity. Only loaded after you click "Accept All" on our cookie banner. These help us understand how visitors use the site.

Sovereign tracking: Our first-party tracking pixel operates without cookies and collects anonymized page view data only.

4. Third-Party Services

OpenRouter — Routes AI chat requests. Your messages are processed to generate responses.
ElevenLabs — Powers voice AI interactions. Voice data is processed in real time and not stored by ElevenLabs.
Google Analytics (GA4) — Consent-gated website analytics.
Microsoft Clarity — Consent-gated session replay and heatmaps.

5. Data Retention

Chat conversations: 90 days, then automatically purged or consolidated into anonymized summaries.

Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default), then automatically deleted.

Contact information: Retained for the duration of the business relationship, plus 12 months after last interaction.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Deletion — Request that we delete your personal data.
Portability — Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Correction — Request we correct any inaccurate data.
Withdraw consent — Change your cookie preferences at any time.

7. CCPA — Do Not Sell My Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to request disclosure of what personal information we collect and to opt out of any sale. Since we do not sell personal data, there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still contact us for any data requests.

8. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted database connections, and access controls to protect your data. Our infrastructure runs on dedicated servers — we do not use shared hosting or third-party databases for customer data.

9. Connected Social Media Accounts

When a business connects its own social media account (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or LinkedIn) to our platform, the account owner authorizes us — through that platform's official login — to act on the account's behalf. With this authorization we may access and process: public comments on the account's posts, direct messages sent to the account, the account's basic profile information (name, username, ID), and the account's posts and engagement metrics.

We use this only to operate the features the owner turns on — reading and replying to comments and messages in the brand's voice, publishing content the owner created or approved, and reporting performance. We never access an account that has not explicitly connected, we do not sell or share this platform data, and our use follows each platform's developer policies. Connected-account data is processed on our own infrastructure.

Disconnecting & deletion: an account owner can disconnect at any time from their platform's settings or by emailing us. On disconnection we stop accessing the account and delete its associated data within 30 days.
